This is essentially a low wheeled platform on which to carry things. It's intended to be as inconspicuous as possible, so details of design are really not important. The picture shows our version, borrowed ( without permission ) from a member's child.
( As the child was, at the time of borrowing, about 40 years old, we thought it would be all right. )
