A notice in the "Messenger" of June, 1998 included :
"We are also considering and praying about a special after-school Kids' Club"
The first incarnation of this plan was the Powerhouse Kids' Club, which started on 11th August 1998.
The reincarnation as St Augustine's Kids' Club took place on 27th April 1999; no further reincarnations have been necessary.
The sessions run after school and last for about an hour. Activities are varied, but usually include games, singing, a Bible story, and a drink.
